Supplies Shop is a trading name of Micro
Communications (Leeds) Ltd. This transaction
is between you, the customer and Micro Communications
(Leeds) Ltd. The transaction takes place at Unit
14, Holly Park Mills, Calverley, Leeds, UK, LS28
5QS. Any transaction is governed by English Law.
This site is for the fulfilment of Worldwide
orders. Micro Communications (Leeds) Ltd is pleased
to accept orders subject to terms & conditions
of sale as stated below. In these terms "Days" refers
to working days based on GMT (Greenwich Mean
Time), being Monday to Friday excluding UK bank
holidays unless otherwise stated.
All Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT/Sales Taxes;

Order Cancellations
If
at any stage you wish to cancel your order please
contact us quoting your order number by

PLEASE
NOTE: THE RIGHT TO CANCEL APPLIES ONLY TO EC & UK
RESIDENT PRIVATE CONSUMERS, ANY OTHER CANCELLATIONS
WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISCRETION OF MICRO
COMMUNICATIONS.
WHERE
A CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED, A RESTOCKING FEE MAY
BE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE AT THE DISCRETION OF
MICRO COMMUNICATIONS IF GOODS HAVE ALREADY BEEN
DESPATCHED TO THE CUSTOMER.
3.
Backorder Policy
Backorder
items are products that are not currently in
stock.These items are on order from the manufacturers.
If you order an item that is out of stock and
we are unable to provide the product within the
delivery period specified, we will notify you
by e-mail when the products will be arriving
at our warehouse and when they will be available
for despatch.
4.
Delivery Information for UK customers only
Providing
your payment is cleared and the product(s) are
in stock you will normally receive your order
the following working day (on all orders placed
before 4.00pm GMT).
All
products in stock are despatched by either 1st
class post or a next day courier service.

Returns Procedure
APPLIES
ONLY TO EC & UK RESIDENT DOMESTIC CONSUMERS
At
The Supplies Shop we want you to be delighted
every time you shop with us so we make our returns
policy simple. For unwanted items please see "Our
Guarantee" for the returns procedure.
For any defective\damaged products or order discrepancies received, please
follow the returns procedure below:
a)
Products in working order must be returned in
their original packaging.
b) Faulty products still within the manufacturer’s warranty period should,
if possible, be returned in their original packaging.
c) Please enclose details of the defect,damage or discrepancy including print
samples where applicable.
d) Enclose original or copy of the sales invoice.
e) Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods.

Methods of Payment
Our
fully secure site will accept all major credit
and debit cards including: American Express,
Delta, Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Diner’s
Club, Maestro and Solo. If for whatever reason
you are still not comfortable using your credit
card details over the internet please contact
us to arrange alternative methods of payment

goods remain property of Micro Communications (Leeds)
Ltd until payment is received in full.
8.
Our Guarantee
THE
GUARANTEE BELOW ONLY APPLIES TO EC & UK BASED DOMESTIC
CONSUMERS.
Our "no
quibbles" guarantee means that if for any
reason you are unhappy with your purchase we
will issue a refund for the price of the item\s within 30 days of the cancellation.
In the case of unwanted goods you have a 7 day cancellation period (which begins
the day after receipt of the goods) in which to cancel your order and we will
issue a refund for the price of the item\s within 30 days of the cancellation.
When returning goods you may return the goods at your own cost, should it be
necessary for us to arrange collection of the goods we reserve the right to
deduct the direct cost of any such collection from the refunded amount. You
must take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied and we reserve
the right to deduct costs equal to the loss of value in the goods from the
refunded amount if you do not do so.
This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

VAT
All
Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and
exclude VAT. The current rate for VAT is 17.5%.
